Welcome to John & Michelle's Holiday House.

Thanks for visiting our website.

We have been holidaying at the Bay & Basin area for most of our married life. We have camped at various places over the years with our two daughters at places like Huskisson and Green Patch.
Now we own this house on the Basin and it is our endeavour to bring as much joy and wellbeing to other families as we have enjoyed over the years.
We hope your stay brings refreshment and peace to all the relationships in your family.

John and Michelle.

The property is located at 207 Sanctuary Point Road. Sanctuary Point.

St Georges Basin at your doorstep.
Great spot for kids, young and old to swim and play in the safe shallow waters of St Georges Basin.

Sanctuary Point is a town in New South Wales, Australia in the City of Shoalhaven, on the shores of St Georges Basin. It is roughly 25 km south of Nowra, and approximately 200 km south of Sydney or approximately 2.5 hours drive.

The townships of St Georges Basin and Sanctuary Point are located on St Georges Basin, a large, shallow lake, ideal for all types of boating and fishing. For a tranquil walk along the foreshore from Paradise Beach to Palm Beach, the Basin Walking Track will take 40 minutes each way. The beaches along the walk are popular for swimming and fishing and offer access for sailing and water skiing.

A short 10 minute drive away brings you to Jervis Bay which is renowned for its clear, sparkling waters and white sands, Jervis Bay and surrounds offer a host of experiences from pristine natural attractions and unequalled landscape to a lively café scene and many fun adventures.

As a marine park, the bay is home to abundant wildlife including seals, sea eagles, penguins, seabirds, the resident dolphins and of course, the migrating whales who drop in on their annual journey along the coast. Several operators offer popular Dolphin watching cruises in the bay and, in season, you can catch a boat and head out to take a look at the antics of the humpback whales.
